The Vikings 2008 season is underway as of this morning, when the team hit the practice field at Minnesota State-Mankato. Everyone is signed, spirits are high and the team looks to be a strong contender for the NFC title.

I am apprehensive, because for all of my 32 years, the Vikings have always failed to live up to expectations. and as far as I am concerned, as long as Jackson is the QB, the team is questionable at best in the offense department.

Practice at this level isn’t about developing, it’s about prepping for a certain situation or team. his fundamentals aren’t their and his instinct is low. I have a hard time believing this is the guy Brad childress has all of his faith and his future with the team based on.
